Delete Your Account

Delete in the app

Sign in to HaloSpace, open your account screen, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation prompt to submit the request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@halospace.ai from the address associated with your HaloSpace account. Use the subject “HaloSpace account deletion.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

We delete or de-identify the account profile and associated service data, including the email address, display name, language preferences, and room activity linked to the account. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping, and are removed when the applicable retention period ends.
